1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Enter Site" or accessing LearnUnite, you are entering into a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you are under 18 years old, you are strictly prohibited from using this service.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

This site contains unmoderated user-generated content including live video. It is NOT safe for children. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use this service. If you are under 18, you are trespassing on this service and must leave immediately.

3. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance

You agree NOT to use this service to:

• Broadcast illegal content, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Record or distribute video/audio of other users without their consent.

We reserve the right to ban any user's IP address permanently without warning if they violate these rules.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

LearnUnite offers a Premium subscription service billed on a recurring monthly basis. By upgrading to Premium, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Your payment method will be charged the stated monthly fee automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used billing periods.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

LearnUnite is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) service. We do not control, monitor, or record the live video streams between users. You understand that by using this service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. LearnUnite expressly disclaims any liability for the conduct of users or the content shared between them. Use at your own risk.
